Dr Damien Downing:

He was born in St Ives, Cornwall, where for 100 years artists have gathered for the exceptional light.

Dr Downing's new book, Coherent Health – The Power of Light and Water, is out now, revealing the “magic” quantum interaction that enables life.

As well as the benefits of sunlight and photobiomodulation (PBM), he has interests in environmental pollution of both matter and energy – both addressed in his new book, along with circadian rhythm optimisation and a new understanding of melatonin.

A qualified nutritional therapist, Ula particularly enjoys the direct contact with patients — meeting them in person, offering support and seeing their progress. Although she now works mostly remotely, those personal connections remain what she values most about the role. She is here to help ensure everything runs smoothly and that patients feel well supported."

Public Transport

Nearest Tube Stations

  • Oxford Circus (approx. 6–8 min walk) — Bakerloo, Central, Victoria
  • Bond Street (approx. 8–10 min walk) — Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth Line
  • Regent's Park (approx. 10–12 min walk) — Bakerloo
  • Great Portland Street (approx. 12 min walk) — Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan

Oxford Circus is the nearest option (500 yards), but gets very crowded at times, and there is no step-free access.

Bond St is marginally further, but the new entrance on Marylebone Lane is quieter, has an elevator and allows step-free access.

On-street: metered on Harley St and surrounding streets. Located within the Congestion Charge Zone.

Nearby: Q-Park Oxford Street (Cavendish Square), NCP Cavendish Square — approx. 5–7 min walk. Cavendish Square car parks are generally the most convenient.

Accessibility

There is a ramp available for the front door.

The clinic is not on the ground floor. We are on the 4th floor. There is a lift to the 3rd floor, then one flight of stairs. Treatment arrangements can be made on the 3rd floor for patients with mobility difficulties; advance notice is essential.
